The Masterkidz Time Teaching clock has everything you need to help children to visualise time and to understand the terminology of a 12 and a 24-hour day. There is the option to start off with simple time-telling and then progress right through to all aspects of understanding the passage of time. The clock has hands that can be rotated and when the minute hand is turned a complete revolution, the hour hand moves forward by 1 hour. On the clockface there are numbers showing both a 12 and 24-hour clock, as well as the minutes ‘past’ the hour and ‘to’ the next hour. There are removable segments of half an hour, quarter of an hour, 10 minutes, and 5 minutes too. And when the segments have all been removed, underneath there is another face showing the minutes up to 60. An amazing learning aid.
