This material presents our solar system in a more interactive way than the Solar System Puzzle, with the sun fixed in the centre and eight (not nine) planets sitting in a track around it.  The planets are held in their tracks by a screw from underneath, which can be easily removed using the access ports on the bottom of the board.  The board measures 55 cm across (about 22") and is finished with a satin-touch blue coating for looks and durability.
